Instructions for use 1 single dose in the morning to be diluted in a glass of water (200 ml). The presence of a slight deposit in the unidose is normal and does not alter the quality of the product. It is possible to repeat use several times a year.
Shake before using. Take the unidose with the narrowest part facing upwards. With your two thumbs press down. Keep an already emptied single dose to help you open the next ones.
