Dermatus does not grant reimbursements or replacements for products that have caused an allergic reaction.If the customer warns an allergic reaction from the use of the product, we invite him to immediately cease his use.
If you want to return damaged or defective products, Dermadea will organize the collection through a courier.Please note that the collection can be programmed only once and includes two retreat attempts.In case of successful collection, the shipment for the return of the goods will be borne by the customer.
