Description
Food supplement based on Ginger, Turmeric, Nettle, Devil's Claw and Olive, with Glucosamine.
Ginger, Turmeric, Nettle and Devil's Claw help maintain physiological joint function. Furthermore, Ginger is able to counteract localized states of tension.
Gluten free .
Naturally lactose free .

Ingredients
Ginger rhizome dry extract (Zingiber officinalis Rosc.) titrated 5% Gingerol, Longvida optimized curcumin extract from Turmeric (Curcuma rhizome dry extract ( Curcuma longa L., stearic acid, soy lecithin , ascorbyl palmitate, silicon dioxide) titrated 23% Curcuminoids), Nettle leaves dry extract ( Urtica dioica L.), Edible gelatine, Devil's claw root dry extract ( Harpagophytum procumbens DC.) titrated 20% Harpagoside, Olive fruit dry extract ( Olea europaea L.) titrated 10% Hydroxytyrosol, Glucosamine sulphate ( crustacean derivative ), Anti-caking agents: Magnesium salts of fatty acids; Dye: Titanium dioxide.

Instructions for use
We recommend taking 2 capsules per day, to be swallowed with a large sip of water.
