Instant powder thickener for liquid or semi-dense foods, hot or cold, based on maltodextrins and a unique blend of Xanthan gums (Nestlé patent).
It is indicated for people with problems swallowing liquids (dysphagia).
Its innovative formula allows you not to cloud the water and to use the same quantity of product to thicken any type of drink (water, tea, fruit juices, milk, wine, coffee); It does not produce lumps and does not change the flavor or color of foods and drinks.

Instructions for use
To obtain a consistency of:
- syrup : 1 scoop (1.2 g of powder) in 100 ml of liquid
- cream : 2 scoops (2.4 g of powder) in 100 ml of liquid
- pudding : 3 scoops (3.6 g of powder) in 100 ml of liquid.
